Account events

The account channel pushes what happens to an account, in order, as it happens. Accounts are public onchain and through the REST routes, so subscribing needs no login.

Every event has channel: "account", type, address, id (unique; use it to drop duplicates) and ts (epoch ms), plus:

`order`	`status`, `intent_id`, `order_id`, `client_order_id`, `side`, `contract_id`, `price`, `total_amount`, `filled_amount`, `resting_amount`	an order placed through the API: `resting`, `filled` or `partially_filled` when placed; `cancelled`; `expired` (up to a minute after its expiry)
`fill`	`trade_id`, `intent_id`, `client_order_id`, `contract_id`, `side`, `role` (`maker` / `taker`), `price`, `amount`, `total_price`, `tx_digest`	each trade the chain executes, once for each side
`position`	`contract_id`, `amount` (signed; negative is short)	after each fill
`balance`	`cash`	after fills, deposits, withdrawals and settlements
`settlement`	`contract_id`, `outcome` (`yes` / `no`), `amount`, `payout` (the cash credited)	when a tile the account held settles

Resting orders get fill events. Only the order just placed gets an order event with its fill status; count a resting order’s fills against its total_amount to know when it’s done.
Unknown type values may be added: ignore them.

Nothing is replayed. To start, or after reconnecting:

Subscribe to the account channel for the address.

Read the current state

Read GET /v1/accounts/{address}, /orders and /positions.

Apply events

Apply events from then on, dropping any whose id you’ve seen.
